The ability to collaborate effectively, synthesize information, and develop robust conclusions is essential. Involvement in practice development activities will be commensurate with experience level. Associate Director/Senior Manager-SAP Consulting-Beijing/Shanghai/Shenzhen Reports to: Associate Director and above Position Summary: The Senior Managers will be expected to participate in delivering complex solutions to a diverse client base including multi-national, state-owned and private entities. The ability to team with others, synthesize information and develop solid conclusions is a must. The extent of practice development activities will be dependent upon level of experience. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic direction and oversight for multiple, complex SAP implementation projects or a large managed service portfolio.
• Build and maintain senior executive (C-level) client relationships, act as a trusted advisor on SAP and digital transformation strategy.
• Lead business development efforts: identify opportunities, shape proposals, lead pitch presentations, and negotiate contracts.
• Define and drive the practice's strategic goals, service offerings, and go-to-market plans.
• Be accountable for the financial performance (P&L) of the assigned portfolio or practice area.
• Foster a culture of excellence and innovation; lead talent acquisition, development, and succession planning for managers and consultants.
• Champion practice development by introducing new methodologies, tools, and thought leadership in the SAP ecosystem.
• Ensure all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and add significant value to the client. Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science. An advanced degree or relevant certification (e.g., PMP, SAP certification) is preferred.
• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in SAP consulting, with a proven track record in leading large, complex full-cycle implementations.
• Extensive experience in selling and delivering SAP solutions across diverse industries.
• Demonstrated ability to synthesize market trends, client needs, and firm capabilities to develop compelling service offerings.
• Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing large, multidisciplinary teams.
• Outstanding executive presence, with superior communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin) is essential.
