Aftersales Executive - Mercedes Benz

Working hours are 45 hours per week with a competitive salary of £30,387 plus OTE bonuses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer interactions relating to aftersales services and support
- Book and schedule vehicle servicing appointments efficiently
- Liaise with technical teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely service delivery
- Provide customers with accurate updates on their vehicle status throughout the service process
- Promote aftersales products and services to increase customer satisfaction
- Contribute towards meeting departmental aftersales targets and objectives
- Previous experience in an aftersales or customer service role, preferably within the automotive industry
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- A customer-focused approach with a passion for service excellence
- The ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
- A valid driver's licence is essential
