We are seeking General Laborers at our Cerritos, CA-Facility. You will be responsible for different phases of the production process and for efficiently producing high-quality product. Responsibilities for your role will also include performing quality assurance checks during the production process and managing the upkeep of the of the machines.

Qualities We're Seeking In Our Employees

Someone with a proven record of performance, attendance and attention to detail; has demonstrated the drive to achieve and move up in previous jobs; initiates his/her own learning; gets along well with others; is helpful; can handle the physical requirements (heat, noise, shift work 8's and 12's, can work inside, outside, etc.) and has the mechanical, numerical, and verbal aptitude to learn our jobs quickly.

  • Primary duties include safely performing a wide range of tasks that include stacking corrugated product, conducting quality checks, material set-up, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to working safe, demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, a strong desire to learn manufacturing processes and operating complex machinery and have a desire to advance within the company

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • REQUIRED to work daily OVERTIME, weekend work and various shifts depending on your position
  • Ability to operate various manufacturing equipment, follow specific direction, operate power hand tools, and other duties as assigned.
  • Maintain a clean work environment.
  • Ability to read a tape measure and have basic math and computer skills. Ability to work safely and comply with all safety regulations.
  • Ability to lift, push or pull 50lbs, navigate stairs, stand, walk, bend, and kneel throughout the entire shift.

The starting rate for this position is $26.06, depending on your role, level and location. The benefits for this role may include short-term bonus incentives, health insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance programs, and a number or programs that provide for both paid and unpaid time away from work. Your actual pay will be based on your work location and other factors, such as your skills, experience and education.
