What You Will Enjoy Doing

  • In this role you will proactively contact potential B2B partners by phone and engage directly with decision‑makers including procurement leaders and managing directors, technical experts or managers
  • Also, you will lead structured discovery conversations to understand customer needs, applications and expected volumes using qualification methodologies such as BANT
  • Identify whether there is a real business opportunity and assess how Linde’s products and services can create value for the customer
  • Document and qualify leads accurately and forward them to the appropriate sales organization including Inside Sales, Field Sales or Key Account teams
  • Collaborate closely with sales managers and sales representatives to continuously improve lead quality and the effectiveness of the handover process
  • Manage and maintain opportunities in Salesforce CRM in line with defined processes and quality standards
  • Furthermore, you will actively support the preparation and execution of sales and marketing campaigns, contributing customer insights, campaign feedback and targeted outreach to increase campaign effectiveness and pipeline impact

What Makes You Great

  • You have Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Business, or a related field
  • You communicate clearly, confidently and persuasively, especially over the phone, and feel comfortable speaking with senior decision‑makers
  • Fluent Hungarian communication — alongside your confident English skills — enables you to succeed in this environment
  • Also, you have a strong analytical mindset and know how to ask the right questions to uncover real customer needs and business potential
  • You have experience in a B2B sales or commercial environment or you bring strong motivation to build a career in sales and business development
  • You are confident in using CRM systems or you learn new digital tools quickly and accurately
  • You are persistent, target‑driven and motivated by measurable results and continuous improvement
  • You work in a structured and reliable way and enjoy close cooperation with multiple sales stakeholders
  • You are a team player who can also work independently and take ownership of your responsibilities
  • Furthermore, you are willing to travel occasionally for business
