To make sure our customers across Europe feel supported and excited to work with Autoholly — while contributing to growth by building new relationships and expanding existing accounts.
Success Criteria
You Are Successful In This Role When You
- Make customers genuinely happy through excellent service
- Expand our customer base with relevant new accounts
- Grow our revenue and customer happiness at the same time
- Respond to customer enquiries and provide pricing and lead times
- Ensure every delivery meets or exceeds customer expectations
- Process orders accurately with all necessary details in our systems
- Handle transport-related claims and dispute resolutions
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Identify and onboard new potential customers
- Proactively communicate with customers in case of issues or delays — always with solutions in hand
- Manage and nurture our customer network
- Keep sales on track — even under pressure
- Work cross-functionally with taskforce, operations, transport teams, and product
- Provide feedback to improve workflows and platform performance
- Experience in account management, business development, customer success, or similar
- Strong communication skills — confident in person, on the phone, and over email
- A proactive, commercial, and solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to thrive with autonomy and high ownership
- Professionalism, structure, and attention to detail
- Fluency in French (other languages are a strong plus)
