About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to work with our early talent recruitment efforts for our delivery center in Hyderabad, India. The ideal candidate will manage the end-to-end recruitment process with a focus on hiring Recruiting, IT and Operational roles by sourcing talent from universities and job boards.

Responsibilities

  • Source and screen candidates via LinkedIn, referrals, campus recruiting, and job boards daily
  • Educate candidates on what makes Insight Global different, what we stand for, and ensure values alignment
  • Schedule and coach candidates through the entire interview process
  • Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for each candidate (paperwork, background checks, gathering required information, etc.)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with career centers and student bodies across select universities in India
  • Organize and lead on-campus recruitment events such as career fairs, information sessions, and public speaking engagements
  • Act as a hiring partner to internal business leaders and hold weekly strategy calls to hit quarterly goals (TA/Business Leader partnership is critical to success)
  • Provide market insights and data to support strategic hiring decisions
  • Track key metrics (time-to-hire, conversion rates, etc.) and provide regular updates
  • Support initiatives to improve employer branding and early talent engagement
  • Assist in conversion and retention efforts aligned with company initiatives


What We Look For

  • 2–4 years of experience in recruitment, with a strong focus on university or early-career hiring in India
  • Experience recruiting and hiring Sales and Recruiting roles
  • Proven success building and executing campus recruitment strategies
  • Familiarity with recruitment software such as LinkedIn, Naukri, and other platforms
  • Proven track record of high activity, strong metrics, and operational excellence
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and project management abilities
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for on-campus events
  • Demonstrates high character, hustle, grit, and a positive mindset
  • Strong office presence and known as an excellent teammate
  • Ability to give and receive feedback

    Compensation & Benefits

    Insight Global offers a competitive base salary of 7 LPA along with an uncapped commission model.
