Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly driven and result-oriented Business Development Manager for Domestic Staffing with a strong hunter mindset. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in new logo acquisition, strong market connect, and the ability to build and scale business from scratch.
This role demands someone who operates in hunter mode, brings in CXO-level relationships, and drives business with a strong revenue and margin mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, target, and acquire new clients (new logos) for domestic staffing services
- Drive the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure
- Build and maintain a strong, high-quality sales pipeline
- Establish and leverage CXO-level relationships (HR Heads, TA Heads, Business Leaders) for business growth
- Ensure consistent revenue contribution along with healthy margins
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and commercial negotiations
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and quality delivery
- Track market trends, competition, and new business opportunities
- Maintain a high conversion ratio and deal closure efficiency
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Business Development within Domestic Staffing / Recruitment Industry
- Strong experience in new logo acquisition (Hunter mode is mandatory)
- Proven ability to build CXO-level relationships and close deals independently
- Strong revenue ownership with margin-focused approach
- Strong network with HR Leaders, TA Heads, and Business Heads
- Good understanding of staffing models, hiring cycles, and market dynamics
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment
- Strong ownership mindset and result orientation
