Senior AI Platform Lead - Partner - Private Equity

We are building a next‑generation private equity platform in Bahrain and are looking for a senior AI leader to embed advanced analytics and GenAI across the full investment lifecycle. This is a hands‑on, high‑visibility role working directly with the investment team and portfolio leadership to turn AI into tangible value creation.

What you’ll do

• Shape and own the AI strategy across deal sourcing, screening, diligence, IC, portfolio monitoring and exits.
• Design and deploy LLM‑driven tools, RAG pipelines and agentic workflows into day‑to‑day investment processes and dashboards.
• Partner with operating partners and portfolio management teams to unlock AI‑driven value creation (pricing, revenue analytics, cost efficiency, automation).
• Set AI governance standards covering data privacy, model risk, vendor selection and responsible AI guardrails in a regulated institutional environment.
• Drive firm‑wide adoption through training, playbooks, proof‑of‑concepts and LP‑facing narratives that highlight the firm’s digital edge.

What you bring

• 10–15 years in AI, data or digital transformation, ideally with experience in PE‑backed businesses, top‑tier consulting or financial services.
• Deep technical fluency with LLMs, RAG, agentic workflows and modern data stacks (e.g. Python, SQL), with the ability to prototype and guide build teams.
• Strong understanding of the private equity lifecycle, IC standards and value creation frameworks – you can translate AI into IRR and MOIC impact.
• Evidence of deploying AI solutions in institutional or regulated environments with robust data privacy and model‑risk practices.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer/Data Science, Engineering or a related quantitative field; MBA is an advantage.
