Chief Technology Expert (Copper Bar / High-Voltage Circuit Breaker)

Job Position

This is a core technical strategy position, fully leading technology R&D, process optimization, innovation and team management in copper bar and high-voltage circuit breaker fields. Focusing on new energy and smart grid supporting sectors, we aim to enhance core product competitiveness, integrate cutting-edge industrial technologies, accelerate industrialization of technical achievements, and help the company build solid technical advantages in power equipment and new energy supporting fields.

Responsibilities

1. Develop long-term technical strategy, annual goals and technology roadmap based on industry trends (intelligent, digital, low-carbon development of circuit breakers; high-end upgrading of copper bar processes).
2. Lead key R&D projects to tackle core pain points in copper bar manufacturing and circuit breaker key components, improve product performance and reliability.
3. Optimize production processes, establish standardization and quality systems, reduce costs and improve efficiency.
4. Promote application of new technologies, materials and processes; lead patent and achievement transformation to build intellectual property barriers.
5. Build and lead a high-level R&D team, attract and develop technical talents.
6. Conduct industry exchanges, industry-university-research cooperation and participate in standard formulation.
7. Provide full technical support for R&D, production, marketing and after-sales service.

Requirements

1. Master’s degree or above (PhD preferred); major in Welding Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, etc.
2. 10+ years of R&D and technical management experience in copper bar, high-voltage circuit breaker or power equipment; experience in leading major R&D projects and achievement industrialization.
3. Proficiency in core technologies (welding, arc extinguishing, material modification, etc.); familiar with simulation software (Deform, ABAQUS) and testing equipment; with core patents.
4. Excellent strategic thinking, team leadership, innovation awareness and stress tolerance.
