Job Description:
- Work with stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate business and technical requirements
- Analyze current business processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose IT-driven solutions
- Act as a liaison between business users, Sales Team, IT Teams and vendors to ensure smooth project execution
- Assist in test planning, execution, and validation of system functionalities
- Use data-driven insights to support business decisions and optimize performance
- Prepare functional specifications, user guides, and process documentation for stakeholders
- Assist in Agile/Scrum meetings, project planning, and risk assessment
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Relevant experience in the field
- Strong analytical thinking, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Willing to work onsite in Makati city
