Job Summary

The role is part of the team of the HR Employee Services. HR Employee Services is the operational arm of HR focused on delivering efficient, consistent and employee-focused support to HR policies and procedures.


The position plays a key role in supporting the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors, providing project coordination and administrative assistance to ensure smooth execution. The successful candidate will work closely with HR Integration and Production Support teams, acting as a liaison to facilitate system integration, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless service delivery.



Key Responsibilities

Project Support

  • Support the planning, monitoring, and control of the delivery of module workstreams under HRIS by ensuring timely and accurate submission of documentary requirements
  • Initiate the discussions to manage dependencies across all modules of SAP SF implemented in the Bank.
  • Track issues and risks, escalate unresolved matters.


System Support

  • Support consistency of design and business rule setup across modules by staying up to date on decisions being made across module workshops.
  • Align with guidance and quality assurance in supporting module configurations and integrations.
  • Know and be able to update business rules set-up, in cases of variances/ issues for resolution
  • Understand and be able execute the final business rule set-up of the modules with consideration for integrated workflow.


Qualifications

  • At least 2-5 years of HR experience
  • Experience in being a contributing member of a project team
  • Good working knowledge of HR processes
  • Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft tools
  • Willing to work onsite and be assigned in Ortigas
