The Role
We are seeking a highly organised, motivated, and energetic Business & Operations Coordinator to join the business at an important stage of growth.

This is a varied and fast-paced role supporting both the operational and client-facing aspects of the business. The successful candidate will work closely with the founders, contributing to the smooth and efficient day-to-day running of the company while maintaining an exceptional standard across all areas of operations and client experience.

This role will suit someone who brings a positive, can-do approach, works with pace and precision, and takes genuine pride in delivering work to a consistently high standard. A willingness to learn, respond to feedback constructively, and continuously improve is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Executive Support

  • Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support to the founders
  • Manage schedules, correspondence, travel and coordination with suppliers and workshops
  • Support client communications, ensuring a polished and seamless experience
  • Manage the business Expense Management, tracking and logging all business expenses
  • Support the planning and coordination of events, photoshoots, and brand activity

Business & Administrative Operations
  • Manage all courier logistics, booking and shipping orders to clients
  • Coordinate repairs, valuations, and manage client aftercare services
  • Manage stock administration, order packaging, and presentation standards.
  • Prepare quotations, invoices and client documentation accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain CRM systems and internal records to a consistently high standard
  • Support the ongoing review and refinement of internal systems and workflows

Client Experience & Showroom Support
  • Assist with showroom operations, including welcoming and hosting clients
  • Provide support during client consultations where required
  • Maintain and uphold exceptional client experience standards at all times
  • Gather and manage client feedback and online reviews

Requirements

Experience & Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar business support, operations, or administrative role
  • Experience within the luxury, retail, or professional services sector is advantageous but not essential
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional, polished, and confident when interacting with clients
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A proactive, enthusiastic, and positive approach to work
  • Comfortable working at pace while maintaining accuracy and consistency
  • Open to feedback, with a willingness to learn and continuously improve
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace, Excel, and CRM systems
  • This position will suit an individual who is dependable, driven, and takes pride in executing work efficiently, accurately, and to a high standard
  • Must hold a full, valid driving license.

Additional Information
  • This role is based full-time in our Dun Laoghaire office
  • Standard working hours are 9:00am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday
  • Flexibility is required, including occasional evening and Saturday work in line with business needs
  • Opportunity for occasional international travel in connection with events and brand activity
