Accounts Payable Accountant (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• Entering incoming invoices into the pre-system
• Checking, assigning accounts and pre-posting incoming invoices (physical/digital) in DATEV
• Clarifying discrepancies with internal departments
• Managing and reconciling open items
• Maintaining and updating vendor master data
• Processing travel expenses and credit card statements
• Supporting the processing of payment transactions
• Supporting monthly reporting and annual financial statements (HGB)

• Completed commercial vocational training or further training as a financial accountant
• Professional experience in accounts payable (desirable)
• Confident use of DATEV or ERP systems, as well as MS Office
• Knowledge of tax law (VAT)
• Structured, precise working style and ability to work in a team
• Language skills in German (B2) and English (B2) both spoken and written are required
