Role & Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end garment production processes ensuring adherence to quality and efficiency standards.
• Develop and implement production schedules to meet delivery deadlines while optimizing resource utilization.
• Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams including factory staff, quality inspectors, and supply chain personnel.
• Maintain compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations applicable to garment manufacturing.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve production bottlenecks to enhance overall manufacturing performance.
• Implement process improvements and lean manufacturing techniques to reduce costs and waste.

Skills & Qualifications

• Must-Have
• Proven experience in garment production or apparel manufacturing
• Strong understanding of production planning and quality control methodologies
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of garment manufacturing technologies and tools
• Ability to work on-site and coordinate multiple production units
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Good communication skills in English and local languages

• Experience with lean manufacturing and process optimization techniques
• Proficiency in ERP or manufacturing software
