About The Role
You will be creating high-quality, engaging user experiences across our platforms to deliver seamless, user-centric solutions. In this role you will:
- Design and develop flexible, responsive, and visually engaging user interfaces
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to iterate from definition through to implementation
- Utilise your expertise in UX/UI principles to elevate user experiences, while taking writing clean, scalable code and bringing designs to life in our product
- You thrive in a hands-on role and enjoy working through every step of the process from ideation to deployment
- You’re passionate about designing with the user in mind and building highly performant, accessible interfaces
- You value a collaborative environment where great user experiences and great technology are equally prioritised
- Partner with designers, product managers and engineers to define and refine UI/UX requirements
- Design and implement user interfaces using modern web technologies, ensuring responsiveness, scalability and performance
- Rapidly prototype and iterate on designs to validate and refine user experiences
- Maintain a consistent look and feel across web and mobile platforms while adhering to brand guidelines
- Apply design principles, accessibility standards (such as WCAG), and UX best practices to create polished and functional interfaces
- 4+ years of experience in front-end development and/or UX/UI design
- Proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks (such as React or Vue) and their ecosystems (e.g. Next.js, Remix), including state and server-state management
- Strong HTML, CSS, and responsive design skills
- Experience working with APIs, JSON data, and managing state in client-side applications
- Solid knowledge of UX principles, wireframing, and visual design tools (such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD)
