This position sits within a high-performing reporting team and offers broad exposure across financial reporting, international entity accounting, regulatory support, and cross-functional finance operations.

Who should apply?

This role is best suited to candidates coming from either practice or industry within insurance or financial services:

• ACA or ACCA qualified with 2+ years PQE

• Big 4 or Top 10 training background preferred

• Insurance audit or insurance financial reporting experience advantageous

• Strong understanding of IFRS and financial reporting processes

• Experience preparing or reviewing reconciliations and financial statements

• Advanced Excel skills highly beneficial

• Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail

• Comfortable working with stakeholders across finance and operational teams

• Motivated, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment

Role and Reporting Lines

Reporting into senior leadership within the reporting function, the successful hire will support a broad range of accounting and reporting responsibilities:

• Assisting with monthly and quarterly reporting cycles

• Preparing statutory financial information for international entities

• Supporting balance sheet reconciliations and control processes

• Assisting with intercompany accounting and settlement activities

• Supporting audit, tax, and compliance-related deliverables

• Performing analytical review of financial information and investigating variances

• Partnering with finance teams across multiple international locations

• Contributing to process improvements and finance transformation initiatives
