Account Manager (Hybrid Set-up @ Nuvali, Laguna)
Tito Solutions is looking for a proactive and client-focused Account Manager to manage and grow client relationships. This role ensures smooth communication, successful project delivery, and long-term client satisfaction.
You will act as the bridge between clients and internal teams, making sure projects are aligned with client goals, delivered on time, and continuously improved for better results.

- Flexibility to adjust working hours based on client needs and project requirements
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Lead regular client calls, updates, and discussions
Project & Account Management
- Oversee execution of client projects and deliverables
- Ensure timelines, scope, and expectations are clearly managed
- Monitor overall account health and progress
Strategy & Growth
- Understand client goals and translate them into actionable plans
- Identify opportunities for account growth through upsells and cross-sells
- Support expansion of existing accounts
Performance Monitoring
- Track project and account performance
- Provide insights and recommendations for improvement
- Ensure alignment with client objectives
Reporting & Communication
- Prepare and present regular updates and reports
- Communicate progress clearly between clients and internal teams
- Maintain alignment on expectations and deliverables
Quality Assurance
- Ensure outputs meet Tito Solutions standards and client expectations
- Proactively address risks, issues, or delays
- Maintain proper documentation for all accounts
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in Account Management, Client Services, or Project Coordination (Associate level)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with international clients is a plus
Nice to Have:
- Background in marketing
- Experience in tech-related projects
- Familiarity with CRM and project management tools
