Due to continued growth and an expanding project portfolio, we are seeking Both Graduate and experienced Site Engineers to join our dynamic team.

Role Overview

As a Site Engineer, you will play a key role in the delivery of demolition and civil engineering projects, ensuring works are carried out safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Setting out and surveying works in accordance with project requirements Assisting in the planning and coordination of site activities Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards Managing quality control and ensuring work meets specifications Liaising with project managers, subcontractors, and stakeholders Maintaining accurate site records, drawings, and reports Supporting sustainable construction and waste management practices

Requirements (Site Engineer)

  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or related discipline 3+ years’ experience in a similar role (demolition or civil engineering preferred) Strong knowledge of setting out equipment. Strong presentation skills Excellent understanding of health & safety regulations Strong communication and organisational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Full driving licence

Graduate site engineer positions require a degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related discipline to be completed on or before 2026.

Desirable

  • Experience in demolition or enabling works Knowledge of environmental and sustainability practices Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D modelling or similar software Drone Surveying
