Our client is looking for a Head of IT&Transformation / CIO to join the Senior Leadership Team.

This is a broad, hands-on role with real weight behind it. You will run the full technology function while simultaneously leading one of the most significant transformation programmes in the company's history.

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will drive key business transformation initiatives and own everything technology — operations, infrastructure, security, data and cloud — while driving the end-to-end migration from a legacy platform to a modern Salesforce-based solution.

You will be hands-on where it matters, leading from the front in an Agile environment, managing implementation partners, and delivering with pace and precision. This is not a role for someone who watches from a distance.

• Digital Transformation — hands-on delivery of a complex, high-stakes migration from a legacy platform to Salesforce, owning every phase from data migration through to go-live
• IT Operations & Production Support — the stability, resilience and performance of all business-critical systems, day in, day out
• Infrastructure, Cloud & Networking — secure, reliable and future-ready infrastructure across data solutions and cloud & network environments
• Cybersecurity — the organisation's security posture, risk framework and compliance obligations, owned end to end

Experience

1. Senior technology leadership across both operations and large-scale transformation.
2. Hands-on experience delivering complex platform migrations, legacy to modern — Salesforce experience a strong advantage
3. Deep understanding of data migration — the complexity, the risk and how to get it right
4. Solid background across cybersecurity, cloud and infrastructure and worked in an agile engineering environment.
5. Strong vendor and partner management — you hold people accountable
6. Excellent stakeholder engagement and management including giving regular updates to the board.
