A globally recognised technology organisation is hiring a Business Program Manager to lead high-visibility strategic initiatives at the intersection of AI, operations, and enterprise transformation.
This is not a traditional PMO role.
The team is looking for someone who can operate like a founder inside a complex organisation — bringing structure to ambiguity, driving executive alignment, influencing cross-functional teams, and scaling intelligent operational systems powered by GenAI.
What You Get:

You will:
- Lead complex cross-functional programs with executive visibility
- Drive OKRs, roadmap strategy, governance, and operational excellence
- Act as an AI Champion, piloting GenAI tools and workflow automation initiatives
- Translate data, insights, and ambiguity into strategic recommendations
- Build scalable knowledge management and decision-making frameworks
- Partner across business, product, operations, and technical stakeholders
- Influence senior leadership through clear storytelling and executive communication
Ideal background:
- Big Tech, consulting, strategy & operations, transformation, or scaled enterprise environments
- Proven experience running enterprise programs end-to-end
- Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills
- Deep understanding of program operations, risk management, and process optimisation
- Experience driving AI adoption, automation, or digital transformation initiatives
- Ability to synthesise complex information into actionable business decisions
