About Your New Job as a Business Development Manager

• As the Business Development Manager, you will drive new business development (60%) and manage/grow existing accounts (40%).
• You will develop and maintain relationships with main contractors, subcontractors, and key decision makers within the construction sector.
• You will convert business across the full hire product range, working closely with internal teams to maximize cross-hire opportunities.
• You will cover a territory across Dublin, Kildare, Wicklow, and Laois (70% Greater Dublin focus).

What Skills You Need to the Business Development Manager

• Minimum 5 years of sales/business development within the construction sector.
• Experience of cold calling into construction sites.
• Experience managing your own diary.

What’s on Offer

• €50-65k
• €70-80k OTE (Uncapped commission)
• Car allowance or company vehicle
