Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role or 3 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients.
- Experience understanding the TV buying landscape and ability to connect back to activation on YouTube.
- Ability to communicate in English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
- Demonstrate results in managing performance-driven digital marketing campaigns (Search, YouTube, Apps).
Responsibilities
- Manage the account as a disciplined business owner to drive business outcomes for Google, achieving business objectives by unlocking growth across Search, YouTube, Demand Gen, and App.
- Drive profitable growth through efficiency strategies. Analyze trends and performance history to formulate compelling growth pitches, utilizing data-driven insights to influence executive stakeholders and tests the status quo to rethink investments.
- Drive outcomes by partnering across customer stakeholders. Guide customers in setting ambitious, measurable marketing goals and key performance indicators (KPIs), proactively building trusted alliances with executive decision-makers to demonstrate tangible return on investment (ROI) and long-term customer success.
- Orchestrate a broad team of internal experts, including analytical consultants and product specialists, to deliver "OneGoogle" solutions.
- Lead with an owner’s mindset, coordinating resources to solve complex technical issues.
