Senior Web Developer

We are seeking a Senior MERN* Stack Developer with strong hands-on experience in AI-assisted development to join a high-impact engineering team building modern, scalable web applications.

You will work on end-to-end features, from architecture to deployment, and will actively leverage GitHub Copilot and Large Language Models (LLMs) as part of your daily development workflow.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using the MERN stack
• Build, test, and maintain RESTful APIs with a focus on scalability and performance
• Operationalize prototypes and transform them into production-ready solutions
• Collaborate with distributed technical and AI-focused teams across multiple locations
• Ensure clean handover of deliverables to business and technology stakeholders
• Actively contribute in an Agile development environment
• Define and enforce development standards, best practices, and reusable frameworks
• Apply AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity, code quality, and delivery speed
• Continuously explore and adopt emerging technologies and engineering practices

Required Experience & Skills

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a Full-Stack or Software Developer
• Strong expertise in React and modern front-end development patterns
• Solid backend experience with Node.js, preferably using NestJS
• Proven experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs
• Strong experience with MongoDB
• Hands-on experience with GitHub Copilot in real development projects
• Practical experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) in a development context
• Good understanding of prompt engineering techniques
• Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) concepts and use cases
• Familiarity with Python, particularly in AI, automation, or backend scenarios
• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work autonomously
• Professional working proficiency in English

Additional Technical Experience (Strong Plus)

• Experience with Kubernetes and containerized environments
• Exposure to cloud deployments, infrastructure, or CI/CD pipelines
• Experience bridging AI prototypes and production systems
• Interest in applied AI and productivity-driven engineering practices
