Responsibilities
- Quickly take all incoming calls and route to the appropriate destination.
- Greet incoming customers and visitors.
- Manage and process incoming and outgoing mail for internal and external customers.
- Provide outstanding, high-quality, professional customer service to both our internal and external customers.
- Order and maintain office supplies based on office inventory.
- Plan and arrange catering for customer demo’s, office meetings, and ad hoc departmental requests.
- Assist in the training of any team members or assigned replacements in anticipated absence.
- Continually look for opportunities to improve processes and identify ways to increase efficiency and minimize ordering costs.
- Provide backup support for Sales Coordinators including assistance with sales daily reporting, assembling RFPs, pulling customer trending reports and preparing various sales materials for proposals as needed.
- Support data entry as well as labeling/ stuffing mailings for Account Executives as needed.
- Miscellaneous job duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
- Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office work environment.
- No or very limited exposure to physical risk.
