Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
Professional Experience
- Leadership Track Record: At least 2 years of experience managing a team of 5 or more in the retail, hospitality, or beauty sectors.
- Goal Achievement: Proven history of surpassing sales quotas and building high-performing teams.
- Operational Excellence: Experience managing schedules, compliance standards, and overall facility operations.
