Senior Full Stack Developer

The Role

• Develop and enhance a cloud-based software code base within an agile, cross-functional team.
• Contribute constructively to team discussions and decision-making for optimal solution finding.
• Independently identify and implement robust technical solutions for new features.
• Proactively address problems and obstacles through direct communication and teamwork.
• Adapt to new subject areas and apply acquired knowledge to upcoming tasks.

What You'll Need

• Several years of experience in developing and designing cloud-based applications.
• Strong knowledge of microservice architectures, database design, and RESTful APIs.
• Excellent proficiency in Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience with frontend frameworks (especially React) and/or AWS, or a strong willingness to learn.
• Intrinsic interest in high-quality software development and a structured approach.
• Ability to engage with complex technical domains and reliably implement new features.
• Strong customer-centric mindset, prioritizing user experience in payroll solutions.
• Passion for agile software development (Scrum), teamwork, and proactive communication.
