Marketing Working Student (m/f/d)

As a Marketing Working Student at TALPA, you will support the Marketing Team in executing day-to-day marketing activities with a strong focus on social media and content creation. You will contribute to maintaining and strengthening TALPA’s online presence, particularly on LinkedIn, while gaining hands-on experience across a variety of marketing initiatives.

Your mission:

• Plan, create, and schedule LinkedIn posts while ensuring consistency with TALPA’s tone of voice and brand identity
• Monitor and track the performance of social media content and suggest improvements
• Support the team in day-to-day social media management across relevant platforms
• Assist in creating and editing website content and marketing materials
• Contribute to content creation (e.g. posts, articles, visuals) for different marketing channels
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and target audiences
• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives
• Help maintain and organize marketing assets and content calendars
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather input for marketing activities

• Strong interest in social media, content creation, and digital marketing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (German is a plus)
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Creative mindset with an eye for engaging content
• Basic understanding of LinkedIn and other social media platforms
• Proactive and reliable, with the ability to work independently

• Familiarity with tools like Canva, Google Workspace, or similar is a plus
