Primary Responsibilities And Duties
- Plan, execute, and oversee projects to ensure timely and successful completion.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Identify and mitigate risks to ensure smooth project execution.
- Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to align project goals.
- Track project milestones, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Facilitate meetings, document progress, and provide regular status reports.
- Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve project efficiency.
- Ensure projects comply with company policies and industry standards.
- Conduct post-project evaluations and recommend process improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in project management or a related role.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Proficiency in project management tools (Asana, Jira, Microsoft Project, Trello, etc.)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- $85,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
- This position may be eligible for a discretionary annual accountability bonus based on individual and company performance.

This role primarily involves working in a professional office environment with a hybrid work flexibility and may require extended periods of sitting, computer use, and participation in virtual or in-person meetings. Occasional travel may be required based on project and client needs.
