- Advocacy: Act as a champion for member retention by advocating for the best possible operational processes and in-club experiences.
- Facility Management: Supervise the general maintenance and organizational flow of the club to ensure a premium "Big Gym" feel.
- Experience: Previous management experience required; background in the Health & Fitness or Hospitality industry is highly preferred.
- Skills: Highly organized with strong oral, written, and presentation communication skills.
- Leadership: A proactive leader willing to take responsibility and solve problems regardless of the situation.
- Technical: Comfortable supervising point-of-sales (POS) operations and managing detailed administrative files.
