What You'll Be Doing
- Assisting with the full cycle of the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening applicants, and coordinating interviews
- Onboarding new hires and ensuring a smooth transition into the organization
- Administering employee benefits and payroll-related tasks
- Providing support and guidance to employees on HR-related policies and procedures
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records
- Collaborating with the HR team to implement HR initiatives and projects
- Assisting with the planning and coordination of company events and team-building activities
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in all facets of HR, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage competing priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Enthusiastic, adaptable, and committed to providing excellent customer service
- Able to work under minimal supervision and can work under pressure.
