What You’ll Do:

  • Strategy Development and Implementation: Develop and implement global procurement strategies aligned with the organization's overall goals, considering factors like cost, quality, and risk.
  • Supplier Relationship Management: Identify, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage ongoing relationships to ensure quality and timely delivery.
  • Cost Management and Optimization: Analyze spending, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement strategies to optimize procurement costs while maintaining quality standards.
  • Contract Negotiation and Management: Negotiate favorable contract terms with suppliers, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks in the supply chain and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions. Team Leadership and Development:
  • Manage and mentor a team of procurement professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to procurement.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze procurement data, and report on performance against targets.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with various internal stakeholders, including finance, operations, and legal, togal,to understand their needs and ensure alignment with procurement strategies.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies in the procurement field.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of payroll experience, often including multi-state or international payroll.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or Business Administration is preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs) and payroll software.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of labor laws, tax regulations, and payroll principles.
  • Soft Skills: High level of confidentiality, analytical mindset, and strong communication skills.
  • Certification: Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation is preferred.
