Key Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment Execution
- Oversee the complete recruitment process for head office and warehouse-based positions, including:
- Posting job advertisements across online platforms, social media, and internal channels
- Proactive sourcing, resume screening, and candidate pre-qualification
- Conducting initial interviews and building shortlists of qualified applicants
- Endorsing candidates to hiring managers and monitoring interview progress
- Administering company assessments, integrity tests, and background/reference checks
- Delivering job offers and conducting onboarding briefings on compensation, benefits, and company policies
- Collaborate with department heads and warehouse supervisors to assess, calibrate, and forecast staffing requirements based on business priorities, turnover trends, and expansion plans.
- Monitor actual headcount versus approved annual plantilla, flagging gaps, surpluses, and risks to HR Business Partners and Operations.
- Support monthly manpower planning and ensure recruitment activities are aligned with budgeted headcount targets.
- Sourcing Strategy & Employer Branding
- Assist in planning and lead the execution of high-impact recruitment events such as career fairs, campus drives, and industry-specific hiring campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with universities, training institutions and headhunters to expand sourcing pipelines.
- Support the Talent Acquisition Lead in designing sourcing strategies tailored to corporate and warehouse roles, including hard-to-fill and specialized positions.
- Champion employer branding initiatives by curating compelling job ads, showcasing employee testimonials, and promoting company culture across digital platforms.
- Ensure consistent messaging and visual identity in recruitment materials aligned with the company's brand and values.
- Internship Program Oversight
- Oversee the implementation of the internship program across head office and warehouse functions, ensuring alignment with business needs and organizational standards.
- Monitor overall program performance, including intern deployment trends, retention, and evaluation outcomes.
- Review intern feedback, performance reports, and completion rates to identify areas for improvement and ensure program effectiveness.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and academic partners to ensure internship activities support talent pipeline goals and employer branding efforts.
- Provide regular updates to HR leadership on internship program metrics, risks, and opportunities for enhancement.
- Maintain relationships with academic institutions and youth programs to support intern sourcing and program continuity.
- Team Supervision & Process Compliance
- Supervise and mentor talent acquisition team members, ensuring consistent application of hiring protocols, documentation standards, and compliance with labor regulations.
- Champion process improvements and standardization initiatives to enhance recruitment efficiency and candidate experience.
- Reporting & Metrics Monitoring
- Monitor and analyze key recruitment KPIs (e.g., time-to-fill, fill rate, candidate quality, attrition within 30-60-90 days and 1 year).
- Maintain accurate and timely updates of recruitment dashboards, hiring trackers, and employment activity logs.
- Stay informed on changes in organizational structure, HR policies, and local labor laws to ensure recruitment practices remain compliant and competitive.
- Other Duties
- Perform other HR-related or recruitment tasks as may be assigned by the Talent Acquisition Lead in support of broader talent acquisition goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
- 4 years of recruitment experience; RPO experience is a plus; preferably in retail or high-volume staffing environments
- Proven experience organizing and leading job fairs and PESO fairs.
- Strong command of manpower planning, sourcing techniques, and recruitment metrics.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), spreadsheets, and reporting tools.
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Adaptable and flexible
- Ability to work under pressure
- Capable of planning and managing tasks with minimal supervision and within time constraints
- Willing to work onsite from Mondays to Fridays from 9 AM to 6 PM
