Key Responsibilities
- Market Expansion & Lease Negotiation
- Conduct deep market research to identify high-traffic locations based on demographics and competition.
- Negotiate and secure favorable lease terms for new and existing retail sites.
- Cultivate and maintain strong networks with landlords, property owners, and real estate brokers.
- Project Planning & Management
- Execute and monitor the full scope of store projects, including new openings, refurbishments, relocations, and closures.
- Develop and manage comprehensive project budgets and timelines.
- Oversee construction, design, and procurement processes to ensure quality and compliance.
- Monitor vendors and contractors in real-time to maintain schedule control and resolve quality issues
- Operational Excellence & Collaboration
- Implement standardized store concepts in line with company brand standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Operations, Design) to ensure budget control and timely delivery.
- Manage reverse logistics for excess equipment post-project.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Store Development or Retail Real Estate is essential.
- Strong background in project management (budgeting, resource allocation, and timeline tracking) and a deep understanding of zoning regulations and market trends.
- Expert-level skills in store leasing and understanding complex lease agreements.
- Ability to lead teams, manage external vendors, and solve problems effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Must be willing to travel to various potential locations and construction sites as needed.
