A leading global investment management firm is seeking a Senior Analyst - Equity Attribution to join its growing Performance Analytics function in Dublin.
This is an excellent opportunity for a performance/attribution professional to work within a highly collaborative international analytics team supporting equity investment strategies across global markets.
The Opportunity
You will play a key role in delivering attribution analysis, investment reporting and risk analytics for a broad range of equity portfolios and funds.
The role offers strong exposure to investment teams, senior stakeholders, and strategic analytics initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Reconcile performance, attribution and risk data across multiple systems
- Produce quarterly investment and portfolio analytics reports
- Deliver attribution analysis for equity portfolios and retail funds
- Partner with investment professionals to analyse portfolio performance drivers
- Support strategic enhancement projects across attribution and reporting platforms
- Collaborate with technology teams on system improvements and implementation work
- Handle ad-hoc analytical requests and stakeholder queries in a fast-paced environment
About You
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Accounting or a related discipline
- Experience within performance measurement and/or attribution preferred
- Knowledge of investment management and financial markets
- Familiarity with systems such as FactSet or Barra is advantageous
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail with the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Proactive, adaptable, and eager to continue developing professionally
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills
