Project Coordinator

Responsibilities:
• Partner with Implementation Managers to organize project plans, monitor milestones, and provide clear status updates on active workstreams.
• Track outstanding action items, interdependencies, and needed inputs across teams to keep deliverables moving on schedule.
• Examine setup documents and submitted materials to confirm they are complete, accurate, and ready for the next stage of implementation.
• Collaborate with Underwriting and operational teams to align workflows and confirm downstream processes are prepared for launch.
• Manage support activities such as ticket follow-up, implementation task coordination, and readiness verification for upcoming deployments.
• Assist with launch execution by supporting validation activities, coordinating cutover tasks, and helping address post-go-live concerns.
• Maintain precise Salesforce case records, including current status, upcoming actions, key deadlines, and ownership details.
• Recognize potential risks, blockers, and data quality concerns early, then escalate them with concise recommendations and relevant context.
• Provide clear communication to internal partners and participate in client-facing calls when coordination support is needed.
• Experience in project coordination or implementation support within a fast-paced business environment.
• Ability to manage multiple timelines, priorities, and follow-up activities with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in documenting progress, maintaining case records, and tracking action items in Salesforce or similar systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively across internal teams and client interactions.
• Demonstrated ability to identify issues proactively and escalate concerns with clear, actionable information.
• Familiarity with reviewing documentation for accuracy, completeness, and operational readiness.
• Experience supporting structured project work that may involve document handling, coding review, or coordination within construction-related environments.
