The Opportunity:

Our client is a world-renowned brand that has recently transitioned to a pe backed structure. This move has provided the organization with the agility to pursue a focused, long-term growth strategy, including the launch of high-profile flagship locations and an expanded North American footprint.

We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join the Store Operations Finance unit. Reporting to the Director of Operational Finance, you will provide critical reporting and analysis for over 200+ locations across North America.

Core Ownership Areas

  • Operational Performance Tracking: Lead the reporting and analysis for key store metrics, including payroll, occupancy, utilities, and credit card transaction processing.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Act as a central finance partner for Ecommerce, Real Estate, Retail, and Planning teams, as well as international corporate stakeholders.
  • P&L & Sales Forecasting: Assist in the maintenance of complex financial models and provide forecasting for sales, corporate metrics, and profitability margins.
  • High-Level Reporting: Assist in the preparation of financial reporting packages for senior leadership, translating large data sets into actionable business insights.
  • Strategic Growth Support: Analyze regional performance to support the brand's "growth mode" initiatives, including new store openings and product reinvigoration.

The Ideal Profile

  • Experience: 2+ years of core FP&A experience. Background in Retail, Apparel, or high-volume Consumer Goods is a significant plus.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced Excel proficiency is required. Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools is highly preferred.
  • Analytical Prowess: Ability to manage and interpret large data sets; experience with consolidations is a plus.
  • Mindset: A "tech-savvy" self-starter who is eager to learn and takes initiative without being prompted.
  • Communication: Strong presentation skills with the ability to explain financial results to non-finance business leaders.

Why Join This Team?

  • Mentorship: Work under a highly communicative Director known for providing true career development and technical mentorship for high-potential employees.
  • Visibility: Gain 360-degree exposure to the core business and its international operations.
  • Stability & Growth: Join a brand that has successfully navigated market volatility and is now in a reinvigorated state of investment and expansion.
