Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Office Clerk to support daily administrative and clerical operations at our Los Angeles, CA location. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to begin a career in office administration, data management, and operational support within a professional and team-oriented environment.

Job: Full time

Salary Range: $18.50 – $27.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general clerical duties including filing, scanning, copying, and data entry
  • Maintain and update office records, documents, and databases accurately
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and internal inquiries in a professional manner
  • Assist with organizing and scheduling appointments, meetings, and office activities
  • Prepare basic reports, forms, and documentation as needed
  • Support office operations by ensuring supplies are stocked and organized

Minimum Requirements

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and email systems
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
