Overview

We are a luxury women’s fashion brand known for exceptional quality, craftsmanship, and elevated customer experience. We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Shipping Manager to lead and optimize our shipping and fulfillment operations. This role is critical to ensuring timely, accurate, and brand-aligned delivery to wholesale partners, boutiques, and direct-to-consumer clients.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all outbound shipping operations, including domestic and international orders, wholesale shipments, and direct-to-consumer fulfillment
  • Manage daily warehouse shipping workflows to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and on-time delivery
  • Lead, train, and supervise shipping and warehouse staff, setting clear performance expectations
  • Maintain high standards for packaging and presentation consistent with a luxury brand
  • Coordinate with logistics partners, carriers, and freight forwarders to negotiate rates and ensure service excellence
  • Ensure compliance with customs, export regulations, and shipping documentation requirements
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Production, Sales, E-commerce, and Customer Service teams
  • Monitor inventory movement and accuracy in the warehouse management system (WMS)
  • Develop and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) for shipping and fulfillment
  • Analyze shipping metrics, costs, and performance, and implement continuous improvements
  • Resolve shipping issues, delays, or discrepancies with a customer-first mindset


Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse shipping or logistics management, preferably within apparel or luxury goods
  • Must have knowledge of EDI Transfer and A2000
  • Proven experience managing teams in a fast-paced warehouse environment
  • Strong understanding of domestic and international shipping processes and compliance
  • Experience with WMS, ERP systems, and shipping software
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills
  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and accuracy
  • Ability to lift and move packages as required and work on the warehouse floor as needed

  • Background in high-end or luxury fashion preferred
  • Strong leadership presence with a hands-on management style
  • Ability to balance operational efficiency with brand presentation standards
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Salary is commensurate with experience ranging from $65,000 to $100,000 with Benefits and Incentives
