Senior Project Manager

Our client is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale LUXURY ground-up multifamily projects in the Dallas area, specifically wrap and podium-style developments.

This role is ideal for someone who has successfully delivered $60M+ multifamily projects (200+ units) and is looking to take ownership of high-profile builds with a reputable, well-capitalized general contractor.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all phases of construction for large ground-up multifamily projects
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and overall financial performance
• Lead and mentor Project Managers, Assistant PMs, and Project Engineers
• Coordinate with ownership, architects, and key stakeholders
• Drive preconstruction efforts including budgeting, value engineering, and subcontractor buyout
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards
• Identify and mitigate risks throughout the lifecycle of the project

Qualifications:

• 8–12+ years of experience in commercial construction
• Proven experience managing ground-up multifamily projects ($60M+, 200+ units)
• Specific experience with wrap and/or podium-style construction required
• Strong financial acumen and ability to manage large project budgets
• Experience leading teams and mentoring junior staff
• Proficiency with construction management software (Procore preferred)
