- Shift / Schedule: Monday–Friday core business hours; overtime as needed; 50% of time in meetings; working East Coast hours

Job Summary
The Senior Project Manager (EPMO) plans, manages and delivers distinct projects through all specific phases, in alignment with business and/or enterprise strategies. Provides leadership, direction and coaching to teams while partnering with business and executive stakeholders within a single or across multiple Lines of Business (LoB). This role manages projects with a moderate to high level of regulatory oversight, with a project risk profile ranging from moderately high to high, and typically leads the delivery of Tier 2 and/or Tier 3 projects with a moderately high to high complexity profile. The position may lead the delivery of Tier 1 projects and may indirectly manage cross-LoB Project teams consisting of Business Analysts, Business SMEs and Technology Resources where applicable. The role may manage a number of projects at any given time, with time horizons generally ranging from medium to long term. This position supports new approved and funded projects in the bank card space and retail distribution space, focused on store enhancements, within a team of 25 people. A training period of 4–5 weeks with mentor accompaniment will be provided.

- Apply good judgment to determine which issues to escalate versus to resolve independently, and provide suggestions for possible resolution
- Measure performance by project compliancy, on-time delivery, and within-budget execution
- Interact primarily with internal stakeholders

Education Requirements
- Undergraduate degree
- Project Management Certification (ideal)
Required Experience
- 10 years of relevant project management experience
- Experience working in large organizations on complex projects
Work Environment / Physical Requirements
- Possibility of 4 additional days of furlough during the holiday season
- No rotation required
- Remote work with East Coast hours; anchor days not applicable
