Live Event Production Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of corporate event production from planning to execution.
- Collaborate with clients and staff producers to create detailed statements of work.
- Select and schedule the right AV equipment, crews, and virtual platforms (Teams, WebEx, Zoom, Brand Live).
- Develop production timelines with clients, venues, and vendors.
- Oversee setup, operation, and teardown of AV systems including audio mixers, microphones, speakers, cameras, video switchers, projectors, stage lighting, and networking equipment.
- Supervise and schedule crews for live events, conferences, and hybrid meetings.
- Operate and support PowerPoint presentations, livestream platforms, and both Mac and Windows systems.
- Troubleshoot technical issues quickly and effectively while maintaining a clientfirst mindset.
- Manage multiple fastturn projects with strong attention to detail and deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Communications, or related field; or 4+ years of event production or AV management experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Word, Excel).
- Working knowledge of AV technology, networking, and livestream platforms.
- Ability to learn and use MediaPulse facilities management software.
- Valid driver's license; ability to obtain U.S. Passport and DOT medical card (if required).
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Strong organizational, problemsolving, and client communication skills.
