WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Prospect and win new shipper accounts via calls, email, social, and referrals

- Quote, negotiate, and book loads with margin discipline

- Coordinate shipments with carriers and internal ops for compliant, on-time delivery

- Develop carrier networks to strengthen lane coverage

- Own customer experience end-to-end with responsive communication

- Analyze performance and run root-cause reviews on service failures

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

- Experience in freight brokerage/logistics sales or related transportation role

- Clear, confident communication and customer-service instincts

- Strong problem-solving skills and composure under pressure

- Competitive drive and accountability to targets

SUCCESS IN YOUR FIRST 6 MONTHS

- Ramp quickly; master systems; hit weekly KPIs

- Win repeat shipper accounts; show reliable coverage

- Build a balanced book and share market intel

COMPENSATION, BENEFITS & SCHEDULE

- Base Pay: $52K–$80K + Commission

- Schedule: In-office, 8-hour shift (Florence, Kentucky)
