Exciting opportunity for a Human Resources Generalist looking to grow their career in the HR space. We have partnered with an Investment Financial Firm located in the Chicago loop looking to expand their HR team. This position will report to the CHRO and will coordinate with L&D, HRIS, Payroll, and other members of the team. The position works 4 days on-site and 1 day remote. Client offers comprehensive benefits plan which includes medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurances; Paid Holidays; Paid vacation, sick and personal days; and retirement plan. The salary target is $75k-$90k

Key Responsibilities will include the following:
- Serve as primary HR contact for employee issues
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
- Maintain employee documents and coordinate with payroll
- Provide support to senior leadership
- Working knowledge of HRIS systems and technology implementation
- Onboarding orientation with new hires
- Exit interviews with terming employees
- Help develop and retain employees
- Performance management, compensation, and benefits
- Other HR Generalist duties
Requirements

- Familiar with HR laws
- Tech Savvy
- 3-5 years of HR experience
- Bachelor's Degree with emphasis in Human Resources, SHRM, or PHR certification desired
- Financial or Consulting Industry experience preferred
