- Inspection, commissioning, and safe operation of Marine equipment , Diaphargm wall, lifting, Piling , concreting, weighing, and allied equipment as per OEM manuals.
- Coordination with OEM engineers and third-party inspection agencies in consultation with Safety department.
- Planning, execution, and documentation of periodic maintenance as per OEM schedules and updates in Asset management Digital applications.
- Breakdown maintenance and restoration of equipment with minimum downtime to ensure availability >95%.
- Establishment and monitoring of HSD benchmarks for internal and hired equipment.
- Equipment performance analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
- Preparation of critical spares list and ensuring minimum 2-month stock availability.
- Recommendation and processing of spares, repairs, and modifications through PR/PO process.
- Maintenance of complete equipment history cards including repairs, spares consumption, and modifications.
- Verification of daily equipment logbooks, fuel indents, and inspection checklists.
- Implementation of Project quality Plan , risk registers, and conducting operator training and toolbox talks.
- Identification of non-moving spares and coordination for surplus with Stores department.

Nature of Experience
Exposure to Marine , diaphragm wall, Piling, concreting, and lifting equipment preferred.
