Location: On-site, Monterrey, Nuevo León

Work Shift: Monday through Friday 09:00 am to 06:00 pm

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Experience
  • 2 to 3 years in commercial roles (KAM, Senior Sales Executive, or similar)
  • Experience with IBM, Microsoft, Google or Oracle
  • Background in retail or consumer electronics
  • Knowledge of premium IT brands
  • Proficiency in retail processes

Technical Skills:

  • Key account management and negotiation
  • Advanced Excel
  • CRM handling

Performance KPI’s:

  • Achievement of monthly / quarterly / annual quota
  • Revenue and margin growth
  • Forecast accuracy
  • Account profitability
  • NPS and customer satisfaction
