About The Role

The IT Support is responsible for managing and supporting day-to-day operations of NOV’s digital collaboration tools including Microsoft 365, DocuSign, and ChatGPT Enterprise.

This role ensures reliable service delivery, user support, and compliance with security and governance standards, while working closely with global IT teams to improve the end-user experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive) and assist with configuration, access, and troubleshooting.
  • Manage DocuSign user accounts, roles, permissions, templates, and transaction workflows.
  • Provision and support users in ChatGPT Enterprise; monitor activity and escalate issues as needed.
  • Respond to Tier 1- 2 incidents, execute service requests, and escalate advanced issues to global support teams.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including access provisioning and license management.
  • Monitor dashboards and alerts for service health, usage analytics, and compliance.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for standard operating procedures and user guides.

Qualifications

  • M365 Administration experience (Mandatory)
  • Associate’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (Bachelor’s preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience in IT operations or helpdesk, with at least 1 year supporting Microsoft 365 environments.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Admin Center, Exchange Online, and Teams configuration.
  • Basic understanding of Azure Active Directory and PowerShell scripting.
  • Experience with DocuSign administration preferred.
  • Exposure to SaaS platforms, including generative AI tools (ChatGPT Enterprise is a plus).
  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
  • English fluency required to interact with international teams.
