What this role shapes and delivers – Turning brand plans into real world activity
This role helps keep brand plans moving and ensures activity is delivered smoothly accurately and on time. You will support the team across planning, campaigns, insight and performance tracking, helping ideas move from plan to execution.
- Supporting the development and delivery of brand plans, campaign roadmaps and activation priorities
- Helping turn brand strategy into clear briefs, timelines and practical actions
- Coordinating campaign delivery across retail, trade, digital, social, PR and content
- Coordinating assets, timelines and approvals to ensure activity launches smoothly and consistently
- Gathering insight and tracking brand, campaign and performance metrics
- Working with Creative, Digital, PR and Customer Marketing teams to ensure activity launches smoothly
- Maintaining brand calendars, trackers and key planning documents
- Assisting with portfolio reviews, product lifecycle activity and range planning
- Helping ensure brand consistency across all materials, assets and touchpoints
- Around 1 to 3 years’ experience in marketing or commercial roles, ideally within FMCG, retail or a similar environment
- A genuine interest in brand management and how brands grow
- Confidence working with data and insight to support decisions
- Strong organisation and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and pride in delivering work to a high standard
