Director - Project Manager – Office Lead for Construction Consultancy
Salary: £90,000 - £95,000
Location: Leeds (Hybrid)
A leading commercial building consultancy is seeking an accomplished Director of Project Management to lead a regional office. This senior appointment offers responsibility for driving business growth, developing a high-performing team, and delivering top-tier services to clients in the commercial property sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive growth, profitability, and reputation of the office
- Lead, inspire, and develop a multidisciplinary team
- Manage and deliver commercial real estate projects from inception to completion
- Lead client engagement, bids, and business development
- Champion values focused on building performance, sustainability, and well-being
Requirements:
- Significant experience in project management within the built environment
- Proven leadership of project teams and/or office operations
- Outstanding communication, client management, and networking skills
- Relevant professional chartership (MRICS or equivalent) preferred
- Track record in winning work and developing business
Salary & Benefits:
- Base salary: £90,000 – £95,000 (DOE)
- Annual bonus: Up to 20% of salary, linked to office performance and individual targets
