Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Finance Manager at Refine Finance. The Senior Finance Manager will be responsible for full-cycle accounting, overseeing financial operations, providing strategic financial insights, managing risk, ensuring compliance, and making data-driven decisions. This role is located in Toronto, ON, with some work from home flexibility.
Qualifications
- Full-cycle accounting experience is a must
- Experience in financial reporting, risk management, and compliance
- Proficiency in financial planning and analysis, forecasting and budgeting
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Experience with AI-driven financial tools
- CPA or CFA certification is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
