About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with QuickBooks, strong data entry skills, and a solid understanding of basic accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Enter vendor invoices accurately into QuickBooks
• Prepare and post General Journal entries
• Update and reconcile bank and credit card transactions
• Maintain organized financial records and documentation
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of accounting data
• Assist with other accounting and administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Prior accounts payable experience (preferred)
• Experience using QuickBooks (preferred)
• Accounting diploma or degree with knowledge of basic accounting principles
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
